See The Menu!Chef Erin originally moved to Seattle from the east coast in 2006. She attended the Art Institute and received a degree in Culinary Arts Management in 2011. During the summers, Chef Erin hosted a pop-up cafeteria at a jazz camp in Herrang, Sweden, catering to 200 volunteers a day. After graduating, she ran the kitchen in the last family owned Creole restaurant in the French Quarter of New Orleans. Over the past four years Chef Erin has split her time working as manager for the Food and Nutrition department with Baltimore City Schools and summered as the Head Chef at Errol Estates Golf and Tennis Club in Apopka, Florida.
Chef Whitney is a Pacific Northwest native and has spent most of her life in Oregon. She worked for a local food co-op in Moscow while attending the University of Idaho. Chef Whitney, with a focus in baking, co-managed a food venture in New Mexico, and is currently a Chef for the popular Lish catering program.

Littles will sample vegetarian cuisines of the culture that we visit each week, allowing budding foodies enjoyment of a balanced meal while expanding their world knowledge.
