Rolling Enrollment
Sweet Pea Cottage enrolls students on an ongoing basis. We have two major enrollment periods – in September for a fall start and July for a summer start. The rest of the year students are enrolled monthly as space becomes available.
Tuition Rates for the 2011-2012 School Year
1 day/week ~ $190.00/month
2 days/week ~ $345.00/month
3 days/week ~ $470.00/month
4 days/week ~ $585.00/month
5 days/week ~ $700.00/month
Creating Your Schedule at Sweet Pea
At our Queen Anne location we offer sessions daily at 9am-1pm, 10am-2pm, or 11am-3pm and allow you to choose from 2 to 5 days per week depending on your family’s needs. (1 day/week packages are available for children over 4 years old.) We customize each package to your family based on what works best for you. At our West Seattle and Sand Point locations we currently offer only the 9am-1pm slot.
Sibling Discount
When you enroll a second child at Sweet Pea, you are eligible for a 15% sibling discount.
(Note: 3rd child in a family is full price & 4th is eligible for the discount.)
Waitlist
We do have a wait list at our Queen Anne location. Please call for information about what slots are currently available at our West Seattle and Sand Point locations. As slots become available they are offered to waitlisted students in the order the applications were received. If you specified that you were flexible on the days or times you are interested in attending, we will contact you when any of your options open up. Otherwise, you will be contacted only when your specified days/times become available. The greater your flexibility, the greater the chance of moving more quickly through the waitlist. Our withdrawal policy specifies that we be notified of any impending withdrawals by the 10th of each month. This means we are usually able to notify waitlisted applicants by the 15th if space is available for the upcoming month. However, you are welcome to call and check on the progress of your application at any time.

When turning in your application to the Administrative Office, please include the following:

$55 non-refundable application fee (payable via cash or check)
Within 30 days of start of attendance at Sweet Pea we require:
A copy of your child’s current immunization record and a copy of your health insurance card
